Breaking News, Proud Republics Of LPR, DPR And The Nazi Ukraine Junta Representatives Are Meeting At Mayorsk Checkpoint For The Prisoner Swap !

 

LPR, DPR representatives are moving towards the Ukrainian Junta side to hold negotiations with Kiev representatives, Lugansk Media Center correspondent reports.

The LPR and DPR delegation is accompanied by the OSCE SMM vehicles.

The checkpoint is temporary closed for traffic to facilitate the exchange.

 In a telephone conversation with LPR and DPR leaders on 15 November, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed Ukrainian special representative for humanitarian issues Viktor Medvedchuk’s initiative to carry out the '306 for 74' prisoner swap. The Republics confirmed they are ready to carry out the exchange.

The exchange of captives between Donbass Republics and Ukraine is one of the key issues of Minsk Agreements.

Detainees held by Ukraine have arrived to the exchange location on the contact line outside Gorlovka, said LPR representative in the Contact Group humanitarian subgroup Olga Kobtseva.

"The detainees kept by Ukraine have arrived to the exchange location - Mayorsk checkpoint on the contact line in the vicibity of Gorlovka," she told journalists.

"The LPR is ready for the exchange," she added.

Earlier LPR and DPR brought the Ukrainian detainees to the exchange location.
