Cowards, The Ukraine Junta And It's Nazi Military Bomb Their Own Positions, Another Way Of Not Pulling Out LPR Stanitsa Luganskaya, 70th Time Failing The Minsk Agreement !

Nazi Kiev forces shell their own positions blaming LPR People’s Army for the attacks, in order to fail the disengagement of forces and hardware on the contact line in Stanitsa Luganskaya area according to  LPR People’s Army spokesman, Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko.

“The criminal Kiev government is pointedly refusing to fulfil the commitments untaken in Minsk,” Marochko said.

“LPR People’s Army units have again been accused of shelling Nazi Ukrainian positions from Prince Igor Monument area; as a result, Ukrainian Junta servicemen will not pull out their force and hardware from Stanitsa Luganskaya bridge,” the spokesman said.

“Such statements are not consistent with the facts as OSCE Special Monitoring Mission confirms. According to SMM assessment, those were anti-tank rocket-propelled grenades fired from Nazi Ukraine-controlled territory in the disengagement area at direction from east to west, meaning that they hit the territory also controlled by Ukraine,” Marochko said.

“This is obvious provocation by Ukrainian Junta armed forces; they shell their own positions and put the blame on us,” he added.

On 9 October, Ukrainian Junta side failed the disengagement for forces and hardware in Stanitsa Luganskaya yet again.

LPR People’s Army repeatedly said it was ready for disengagement of forces and hardware in Stanitsa Luganskaya on the condition that  Nazi Ukrainian forces withdrew simultaneously.

LPR and DPR representatives at a meeting in Minsk on 21 September 2016 initialled a framework agreement on partial pullback of forces in Donbass, that was also signed by representatives of Ukraine, Russia and OSCE. The document provides for three disengagement areas around Zolotoye, Stanitsa Luganskaya and Petrovskoye (DPR territory). Heads of LPR and DPR Igor Plotnitskiy and Alexander Zakharchenko signed the agreement on 22 and 23 September, respectively. The disengagement was completed in Petrovskoye and Zolotoye areas. Kiev failed to pull back its forces in Stanitsa Luganskaya area for more than 70 times.
