Ukrainian hostile army units violated the ceasefire ten times over the past 24 hours, having launched nearly 160 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic areas, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said on Monday.
“Ukrainian armed forces violated the ceasefire ten times having launched 159 rounds of ammunition for 24 hours,” Yakubov said.
The Spartak village outside Donetsk and the Sakhanka and Kominternovo villages in southern DPR were targeted with 120mm and 82mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicle cannons and large calibre machine guns.
The amount of expended ammunition of calibre up to 12.7mm is not added to overall daily statistics.
Earlier reports on Tuesday said that eight houses in southern DPR had been damaged by Ukrainian army strikes.
In the previous reporting period, two ceasefire violations by Ukrainian forces were recorded.
Remember that the sides agreed in Minsk on June 27 about the regular ceasefire, thus time it has to start since July 1, and it is called Bread Ceasefire. The purpose of which is to allow to get the crop.
