Nazi Kiev spreads lies about a mobilization allegedly going on in the LPR to intimidate the Republic residents, the LPR head administration said.
Nazi Kiev lies about LPR mobilization to spread panic
Some Ukrainian media spread allegations that the LPR acting head Leonid Pasechnik signed a decree on emergency measures to stabilize the situation along the contact line providing for mobilization, in response to the Ukrainian newly adopted law 'On the peculiarities of the state policy to ensure the state sovereignty of Ukraine over the temporarily occupied territories in Donetsk and Lugansk regions' (the so-called Donbass reintegration bill).
"Websites and social networks have been hit with announcements of a mobilization in the LPR citing an acting head decree. These are fake news and they are spread to make LPR residents panic. Please, beware, all original decrees and announcements are published on official websites of the LPR head, LPR People's Council, LPR Council of Ministers and executive agencies' websites. All links to the fake decree are illegitimate," the administration said.
The LPR People's Militia has been repeatedly notifying population there is no mobilization going on, the recruitment is contract-based only. LPR authorities said there are no any conscription plan.
