"Today we received just another proof  that the Ukraine Junta is not ready to fulfill its obligations. We have launched the white flare 19 times, and notified the Ukrainian side of our readiness to disengage more than 74 times."

"Of course, we appreciate they observe the ceasefire, but currently the Ukrainian Junta army does not fulfil its obligation to withdraw forces," Marochko said.

Earlier, LPR People’s Army spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Andrey Marochko said the Republic was ready to pull back its forces and hardware in Stanitsa Luganskaya area on the condition of mirror move by Ukraine.

LPR and DPR representatives at a meeting in Minsk on 21 September 2016 initialled a framework agreement on partial pullback of forces in Donbass, that was also signed by representatives of Ukraine, Russia and OSCE. The document provides for three disengagement areas around Zolotoye, Stanitsa Luganskaya and Petrovskoe (DPR territory). Heads of LPR and DPR signed the agreement on 22 and 23 September, respectively. The disengagement was completed in Petrovskoye and Zolotoye areas. Nazi Kiev failed to pull back its forces in Stanitsa Luganskaya area for more than 70 times alleging shelling by LPR. OSCE SMM has confirmed more than ten times that the parties observed the 7-day ceasefire in the area as preliminary condition before proceeding with disengagement.
