The 73rd humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) arrived in Lugansk on Thursday; unloading is underway.

On Thursday, 15 EMERCOM trucks delivered to the Republic more than 144.8 tons of relief supplies, including 42.55 tons of baby food sets (5,682 units)and 102.31 tons of food sets for children up to three years of age (12,742 units).
On 21 December 2017, 21 EMERCOM trucks delivered to LPR some 152 tons of relief supplies. The cargo contained 134.77 tons of baby food, or 18,424 food packages for infants and toddlers, 0.55 tons of medications, 0.78 tons of medical supplies, 0.14 tons of textbooks and 15.18 tons of New Year presents.
The first Russian humanitarian aid convoy arrived in LPR on 22 August 2014. Russia has delivered more than 72,000 tons of relief supplies to LPR and DPR residents since.
