LPR mission to JCCC asks SMM to assess Nazi Ukrainian shelling incident at Stanitsa Luganskaya~
"On May 22 at 5.30 a.m. an LPR officer on duty at the JCCC informed about a ceasefire violation from the Ukraine Junta side. The area of the Prince Igor monument came under small arms fire from the direction of the Stanitsa Luganskaya checkpoint."
"A mobile office of the LPR Post located in the area of the Stanitsa Luganskaya checkpoint has been damaged. The office distributed lump sum payment to recipients from the Nazi Kiev-controlled region. We would like to note that a ICRC office is located next to the post office, and the personnel of the international organization is present there 24/7."
"Nazi Ukraine wants to disrupt the Minsk Agreements implementation by firing at the disengagement zone No.1. They also endanger personnel of the international organization," the LPR mission to the JCCC said.
LPR and DPR representatives at a meeting in Minsk on September, 21 initialed a framework agreement on pullback of forces in Donbass, that was also signed by representatives of Ukraine, Russia and OSCE. The document provides for three disengagement areas around Zolotoye, Stanitsa Lugaskaya and Petrovskoe (DPR territory). Heads of LPR and DPR Igor Plotnitskiy and Alexander Zakharchenko signed the agreement on September 22 and 23, respectively.
The disengagement has been carried out in Zolotoye and Petrovskoe. All previous attempts to disengage in Stanitsa Lugansksya area, and there were over 40 of them, were disrupted by the Nazi Ukrainian side.
