LPR People’s Army warns incumbent Ukraine Junta authorities against the attempts to resolve the Donbass conflict by force according to LPR People’s Army spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Andrey Marochko.
LPR People’s Army warns Nazi Kiev against resolving Donbass conflict by force !
Ukraine Junta National Security and Defence Council Secretary Alexander Turchinov said on 14 February that the so-called Donbass reintegration law did not rule out “forceful liberation” of LPR and DPR territories and that it “creates pre-requisites for it.”
“First, the law on the so-called Donbass reintegration legalises criminal acts by the Nazi Kiev government. Second, it is at odds with “Minsk” (Minsk Agreements) and international law as it allows to use weapons against civilians. Third, martial law declaration implies that (Ukrainian President Petr) Poroshenko guarantees his presidency for an indefinite period,” Marochko said.
“I want to warn the Ukrainian government against forceful solution of the Donbass conflict because it will open a Pandora Box; subsequent events might have lamentable impact on all Ukrainian residents,” he said.
“LPR People’s Army has all means and resources for adequate response to stop Ukraine’s unlawful actions,” the spokesman underlined.
On 18 January Ukrainian Junta lawmakers approved by 280 votes the final reading of the law “On the peculiarities of state policy on the restoration of the state sovereignty of Ukraine over the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine” (so called Donbass ‘reintegration’ law). The document excludes all reference to the Minsk Agreements and vests the Ukrainian Junta president with the right to use the armed forces inside the country without the parliament’s consent. To this end, Ukraine will set up Joint Operations Headquarters to take control of all law-enforcers and military and civil administrations in the conflict zone.
On 8 February, Ukrainian Junta parliament speaker Andrey Parubiy signed the new legislation and sent it to Poroshenko for signing. The law become effective when signed by the Ukrainian president.
